Palestinian water supply cut during Ramadan
Not really sure if fingers should be pointed at Israel or at the water company, but I'm assuming the latter. Doesn't sound like direct state involvement but the details seem kind of sparse so far.

What a dick move by Israel. Also appalling is the average per day water personal usage being almost six times greater than Palestinian consumption. 350 litres per day.

How do you even consume that much water per person? Especially in a region that's already short on water supplies.

Mostly that's industrial and agricultural use, it just gets divided up by the head.

Al Jazeera did follow up, but made zero mention of the fact that there is any evidence to support water supplies being "cut off".

You know what? I don't give a rip one way or the other. You want to die on a hill where Israel needs to be absolved of any wrongdoing then you may do so on your own. Neither party has clean hands and the levels of depravity are no longer surprising.

Maybe because being a modern, secular, western democracy gives them an economy that can produce it? Israel's number seems pretty reasonable when you consider that they're a desert and compare them to first world countries.

They don't produce water, they take it out of the River Jordan, they get first dibs on it, you know, because they're in charge, and they have traditionally used water as a way of forcing Arabs to move, it's particularly useful for shutting down Arab farms.

You can nitpick if you want, but Israel's culture contributes to the power discrepancy that allows them a better quality of life than Palestine.
Nations that have lost wars and accepted that their ideology contributed to their downfall have been able to achieve qualities of life equivalent to their defeaters (e.g. Germany, Japan). Palestine refuses to become like Israel, and that keeps it from getting what Israel has.
