It is there if you go to "settings" from the start menu. The issue is that is doesn't seem to do anything aside from recognizing that the email account I am trying to configure is an exchange account. And of course, Outlook directs me back to there because it won't allow me to configure an exchange account within Outlook. Just perplexing. As if I want to now pay a subscription to use a new version of Outlook, after this worked perfectly well under Windows Vista and Windows 7.

I had to give up on Outlook completely. emClient is working pretty good, though. Highly recommended.

When outreach to Microsoft’s customer support didn’t fix the issue, Goldstein took the software giant to court, seeking compensation for lost wages and the cost of a new computer.
She won. Last month, Microsoft dropped an appeal and Goldstein collected a $10,000 judgment from the company.

Don't know if it's related, but they're updating the popup to be more clear, finally:
And the red X won't mean "Accept schedule and install", it'll just close the dialog.
And they're releasing a "Get Windows 10" app that'll also let you stop getting Windows 10 and have it shut up about upgrading.
It's only taken a year :/

Is there anyway to secure the free upgrade but install it at a later date? I'm thinking for my systems at work; I'm not ready to go to Windows 10 on them, but I'd love to be able to set the upgrades aside for later, once I am ready.

Upgraded my 2 year old computer last night. Went without a hitch. Not a radical update but some nice refinements.

You can't handle all these threads!
Windowsupdate.log in the Windows directory might have some hints. My first suspicion would be a driver or some kind, could try unplugging/removing anything that isn't essential to running the computer while upgrading. Or updating all your drivers before running the upgrade.

Ok tried it again and it installed smoothly... didn't change anything as all my drivers had shown as up to date.

Depends on how much you dislike Microsoft I suppose. That seems to determine people's opinion of the whole thing.
EDIT: Also, depends on how paranoid of your privacy on the internet you are - as many people feel Windows 10 hurts them that way. That being said, if you were like this, you'd already know what you needed to about W10.

I'm an avid retro gamer -- especially when it comes to hockey games.
However, after I downloaded the Win10 Anniversary Update, NHL 09 is all of a sudden choppy and slow. The audio and menus work fine, but as soon as I get to the actual gameplay... the commentary is fine, but the framerate is terrible. Super choppy.
Could this be a problem with my graphics driver? I have an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible with an i3, and my games have always worked fine before.
