it's not ESPN, it's NESN which is the home broadcaster ... although to be fair ESPN is basically a Sox home broadcaster too

Did the fans give David Price a standing ovation at the beginning of the game? I noticed there was a huge ovation, with many standing when he was pulled from the game, it seemed odd that sportsnet made zero mention of it.

Nice, like Dan02 mentioned it's like a 180 watching this team now a days, compared to two weeks ago. Now you get down by a run or two and feel like it's almost inevitable that they'll come back.

Yeah, it also looked like he was tipping his cap when they cut away.

Orders from headquarters to save embarrassment? /tinfoilhat

With Smoak pulled for a pinch runner, who plays first? Martin?

I was assuming the Saunders/Thole switch, but Interesting that they'd rather Bautista at first and Peredes in RF..

I don't think that's tin foil hat, they would almost definitely not want to make a big deal out of it.

Not a great time for Floyd to completely lose the zone. And now here comes Storen.

Runners on the corners and one out? That seems like a scary time to bring Storen in.

It's games like these where I am fine with us losing but giving the game away by walking batters is inexcusable.
