Undoubtedly the 2nd best goalie to ever come out of Europe (Hasek at #1).

I wouldn't say undoubtedly, Lundqvist already has more wins/SO better current GAA/Sv%. He's been looked as one of the top tenders in the league for a long time. Rask would be another candidate but he's far away right now.

Anyways, imo he's still the best player the franchise has seen. Nothing to take away from Iginla and Fleury but if it wasn't for Kipper they would've been drafting top 5 all those years. Look at the current Flames; Gaudreau/Monahan/Hamilton/Brodie/Giordano/Backlund/Colborne all had good years yet they're picking 6th overall due to garbage goaltending.

Hall of famer for sure imo.

This thread makes me sad. Just an out of this world goaltender and amazing human. I'd give my left arm to have a peak Kipper on this current team.
