The game is also on NBC with Mike Emrick and Pierre McGuire.

Pavelski scores with Thornton getting the assist just 65 seconds into the third period. It is 4-1 now and the Sharks are biting back.

Eddie Olcyzk is not in the booth either since he was at the Preakness.

Empty net goal by Pietrangelo and it is 6-2 for the Blues. Karlsson scores 49 seconds later, 6-3 now.

I'd like San Jose to win this , but only on merit.
Good for you St. Louis for pulling a curvature back to even.
May it go the length,
and let's witness who takes this.

Tarasenko has been invisible this series. If Backes or Fabbri are out, Vlad needs to step up

He's making up for the lack of Doc Emrick in the broadcast by fashioning his own, er, verse to describe the game.

Both of these series are 2-2 which you would be led to believe the games have been hard fought and close but it's like in both series teams have taken turns being no-shows as on night the Blues look like the team to beat then the next night they look like crap and the Sharks look like the team to beat who then lay an egg in their next game. Same out east as the Penguins and Lightning have taken turns on the Jekyll and Hyde act. The games themselves haven't been that great as there's not been a single game come to OT.

I actually really enjoyed the first two rounds. Lots of close games and long overtimes. This round has been largely blowout games.

The shots were 10-9 in favour of the Sharks in the first period. The Sharks looked good scoring the first goal during the first half of the opening period. Schwartz's tying goal changed the momentum.
