What are the chances Shapiro/Atkins makes a move sometime soon?

None. They may fire the coach or pick someone up off the garbage pile (surprised they didn't go after Nathan), but as i've said before they are staying with the roster they have for this season to see where it takes them then they are going to seriously unload starting in 2017. I'm sure Rogers would prefer to have a better record to keep those stands full until year end, but Bautista and Edwin's poor season to date is going to make it a lot easier for them to move on without as much heat from the fans.

What happens to Gibbons suspension if he gets fired tonight?

Why would they fire him? They can't hit and they can't pitch. They added zilch to the roster of note. I suppose it would deflect criticism for a bit but seems pointless. Might as well keep him on till the end of the season. Then they can do a bigtime house cleaning and start over.

Shapiro/Atkins no doubt want to get one of their own guys in.

The manager and the coaching staff isn't faultless. Watch how the Rays play, they hit the other way, they start the runner, they move runners to the next base with less than 2 outs. How often to the Jays get the leadoff man on base and 3 outs later he never moved. The Jays scored 2 runs tonight, a walk and then a homer. They cannot score any other way.

The Rays scored 10 runs without a homer.

Jays are third in the majors in grounding into double plays. I am not sure what needs to be done to change that, might just be because they have so many right handed batters, but just for my mental health they should address that.

I didn't mention a specific case. Just all season.

Sending the runner prevents double plays. But they might have more caught stealing because they are slow.

That's what happens when your opponent keeps working them away and they keep trying to pull the ball hit it right at short all day long.

Why exactly did the Jays trade for Storen? Couldn't have gotten somebody, anybody, else for Revere?

It's so disheartening to see the Jays get blown out two games in a row after the whole incident against the Rangers... akin to the Flames following up a game to rally around only to lose the next two games 6-0 and 7-1 or something like that....

no kidding in hindsight, we lack a true leadoff hitter and traded him for a song basically.

Jays were limited with what they could do. We're not allowed to add salary, so they basically could only deal one chip and could only take that salary back and that salary coming back couldn't have any term.
