I've come back to this thread to laugh at this cartoon four times now, so well done.

The prince was on the same ship with Jamie and Myrcella, they showed him boarding with them in last season's finale. No idea how/when the Sand Snakes got to him, it didn't show them on the same boat.

boy Jamie sure has pretty handwriting. I can't even write in a straight line when signing a birthday card.
how long is the trip between Dorne and King's Landing? when Myrcella died and Ellaria's nose bled, the ship was still like just a few hundred meters from shore. my first thought at that point was like, they're not gonna turn around and try to get medical attention, or failing that, come back and demand to know what the hell just happened?
so they sailed for a few days or whatever to King's Landing with Myrcella's corpse, and her boyfriend Trystane's there the whole time so he knows what's up. but he doesn't seem particularly upset when the snakes walk in or even ask if they had anything to do with it. if Jamie already knew Ellaria's crew was behind it, then that's got all the makings of a coup, and sending the Prince back by himself would just get his ass murdered. though I guess that would have happened anyways if he got off at King's Landing.
just overall a real disorganized mess. the bar for the Dorne stuff is really low, so I just assume they can't make it a lot worse.

I wish someone could edit all the dorne scenes together for the last 1.1 seasons because if you watch it is all there. From the first time the Snakes are on screen they make it pretty clear they are planning a coup.
If jaime comes back they likely just kill him...He had no choice but to leave. He was alone with Bronn and can hardly even fight.
Why would Trystane ask if they did it? He clearly knows they did it. That's why he's hiding on a boat. It says as much in Jaime's letter.
Jaime probably doesn't give a crap if they do kill him anyway. What does he care? Trystane means nothing to him. His daughter has just been murdered. His lover has been calling him a loser and the only thing he had going for him got chopped off quite a while ago.
The Lannister vs Martell battle has been brewing since the first time Tyrion went to meet prince Doran outside of King's Landing only to find out that Oberyn was the one who showed up instead.

Now we're getting somewhere - things seem like they're moving forward now, as opposed to just being recapped as in the premiere. Still an odd development or two, but only for nitpicky reasons. I'd rather focus on the positives:
Bran, and the return of TreeTV
More action and progress at the Wall
Pretty decent scenes in King's Landing - both between Cersei and Tommen, and between Jamie and the High Septon
Back to the Iron Islands? OK, let's see where this goes
Arya seems like she's moving on to the intermediate class in assassin school
Very little time spent in Meereen or with the Dothraki. I think that helped make a positive impression on me as well.

Just finished watching episode 2.....did anyone notice at the very very end of the credits they had the Government of Alberta logo saying thanks for allowing them to film in Alberta. Can we confirm what exactly was filmed in Alberta?
Agreed. My only issue is that we are getting these small tidbits of so many different story lines, so you don't get very far with any individual story line. It looks like a few of these story lines are now converging at Castle Black, so that should deal with this issue.
