Lottery: Flames Representative
I might have a cool story for CP readers tonight/tomorrow. Long story short, there was a contest for someone (I think it's a season ticket holder) from each Canadian city to be flown to Toronto and participate in the tonight's lottery. (I actually don't know what "participate" means exactly). My brother won the trip, I live in Toronto now, and was going as his guest. My brother can't make it last minute, and I'm taking his spot.
I'll do my best to try and shuffle Daly's deck when no one's looking and get us in the top 3.

So with the others right now at a BPs before we go to the CBC site.
We've been told that the 7 winners go into the room with the GMs and watch the 23 minute event. The guests aren't allowed in, they watch from a separate NHL room. Our phones are taken during the actual event... and yes, they giving us jerseys when we get there- but not allowed to put them on until a specific time (lots of little rules).
