They changed my life. When my friends and I used to go on trips we'd have a decent variety of chips for the weekend but now everyone pretty much brings only the Jalapeno Cheetos. That's not complaint either. They're da bomb.

Treat it like liquor, if you want to grow it you have to buy a license, if you want to grow it and sell it you have to buy a commercial license and adhere to quality control.
Put it in stores and sell it and make private sales taxable or keep em illegal. Put an age limit of 18 on it.
If you show up for work high you get fired,
If you drive while high your impaired
Tax the crap out of it like smokes and liquor.

If you want to make pipes/bongs out of watermelons and apples and what have you, be my guest. I don't care. Weed 'culture' exists because prohibition exists. Does cigarette culture exist? No. Does drinking culture exist? Not in the over-the-top, in-your-face way to which you're referring to a culture of marijuana consumption existing.
