I don't think it's the Hawks year. Blues in 6.

Hawks have been very mediocre since their 12 game win streak; 15-14-5 since

Hope this series and the Anaheim/SJ series are on opposite nights.
Great match-ups this year again! If Chicago wins this series, I would imagine that they would be limping to the next series.
Wonder if this could be St. Louis' year though. Always such a strong team that seem to be built with an eye to the playoffs, but always disappoint.

As long as the Blues have Bouwmeester they will be forever cursed.

Blues will blow it, we all know it. It's what they were born to do. Hawks in 6, max.

Surely the Blues will do some damage sometime, right?
Right?

I'm hoping for a 7 game war and Dallas gets to pick apart what's left in round two.

With Panarin the Hawks offense is possibly better than ever. I think they're going to be in the conference finals again, at the very least.

Both teams are well balanced. Both teams have dangerous scorers. Both teams have solid checking lines. Both teams have a good top 4. Both teams have great coaching. Both teams have good goaltending.
This is as close to a pick'em as you can get. I honestly can't even make an honest prediction, because I don't know how these teams will show up in the post-season.
If St. Louis can take advantage of Keith being out of the lineup early, I think they can take this series. If the Blackhawks figure out their "A" game, they'll win based solely on their experience.
No idea, but I think this goes the distance.

A rested Duncan Keith from the suspension will be the difference in this series with the Hawks winning in 6 games.

Call me crazy but Blues in 6. Hawks, specifically Toews, just haven't looked like themselves this year. They've managed to power play their way to 100+ points but the Blues look poised to finally break the pattern.
