Before that penalty, Shinkaruk was driving the offense. Really positive sign for him to be a top 6 FW.

I'd never rejoice when we get scored on. If I'm hoping for a Flames loss then the emotion I feel when we're scored on is a very mild feeling of relief.

Fun game. AHL kids are getting a good look and performing well. Seiloff isn't a liability and Kylington has shown well also. Elson is getting some prime PK time too and looking good.
Old timey Backstrom giving himself a nice send off as well. Lots of things to like. I want the Flames to win.

Who would get the shutout in a game where 2 goalies suited up and neither got scored on?
I guess whoever gets the win (in net for winning goal)?

Good question. From memory and no google usage, I think the starter gets it.

Could be... I sort of remember hearing a "shared" shut-out one time but can't remember the circumstances.

20 minutes left. 20 minutes for Johnny to get 1 point.
Can he do it?

If Claude Julien is fired, how could he fit with the Flames ? If they were willing to fire Hartley.

He’d be an awful fit, since the Flames aren’t big and slow. Besides, Dougie Hamilton’s spent an entire season adjusting away from his systems - what’d be the point of bringing him in?
But, the bolded contains your answer.
