After thinking about it, he must have a disease with the bones... I mean, for it to snap like that, you'd think there would be bone sticking out or something. Mind you, I'm not going to watch again to find out if there was.

No he had an awkward kick to the guy's shin with his angle deflecting off the side. Kick-boxers train for years to make their shin bones like steel. The guy's leg went back in a very bad angle and as he was already off balance and in an awkward fighting pose, he fell over his own ankle when his bare foot jammed into the mat and his own body weight snapped it.
