How easy is a lawsuit when the individual supposedly on the other side is giving you updates as to how your opponents are doing. I would not tell Napier or the "alumni" anything after stuff like this.

I don't know if Mackenzie has ever shoved a camera or microphone in someone else's face. Not his job or style.
I don't know what point you are trying to make.

Something that baffles me that no one is willing to entertain: Why the flying **** don't they play less games and play them less frequently? Is there any good legitimate reason that a hockey player can play 2 nights in a row but football has a 16 game schedule with 1 if not 2 week rest between games? Instead of learning to tough it out through physical strain why not shorten the schedule, improve the product and the entertainment value for all.

Revenue (short term thinking?).

The NHL could be an incredible product if the schedule was half of what it is now, with designated days for games. Injuries would go down, intensity would go up, and while the overall attendance count would drop, I believe the TV ratings would skyrocket.

No it isn't. I don't personally follow any of the NHL news outside of what I hear in the FAN960. However, I'm assuming that there will be some media interest in what is contained in these emails. If it's ok for the media to ask Colin Campbell or Gary Bettman questions about these emails. Why shouldn't it be expected that Bob Mckenzie be questioned as well? Maybe as an employee of TSN, he is not permitted by contract to talk shop with any other media. I guess I feel that its interesting that as a member of the media he has "no further comment", when the other people involved in the emails will be questioned by the company he works for and aired on the show he is involved in.

I don't know what the interesting angle would be with him. What's the story? That he had some emails exposed? If given an opportunity, what quesitons would you ask him about it?
He's also within his rights to say no comment, just as all sorts of people in the public eye do.
