Israel gets an 80. One point better than South Africa, roughly in the range of India and South Korea. It's not Canada, but it's sure as #### better than every other country in the region.

Israel scored 80 out of 100, USA 90, Canada 99 (and Mexico 65).

Honestly, it was an amazing experience visiting Israel. From Jerusalem to the West Bank and Tel Aviv. So much rich history, beautiful landscapes, and down to Earth people.

At no moment did we feel unsafe or insulted in some way because we were foreigners. And nor did we witness anything like that in the video.

I'm pretty certain I look the part with brown skin and a beard haha. But no, I consider myself an atheist.

I didn't feel any different treatment, although I dressed more like a tourist complete with a camera strap.

There were lots of foreigners there and Jewish taking advantage of their paid for trip to Israel to drink and party haha.

We met locals on both sides of the wall, they showed us around Jerusalem/West Bank and explained their viewpoints of the situation. Everyone just wants to live their lives in peace and knowing they belong somewhere.

What Israel does within its borders is not really the issue, it's it's actions in the Gaza and West Bank, it's continued settlement building on Arab land that is causing us problems.

Is Israel better than most of its neighbours? of course, but they are abysmal brutal dictatorships, it's not hard to be better than that.

More to the point our absolute support of Israel, like our absolute support of Saudi Arabia, is harmful to us, it makes this issue harder to solve, therefore if Israel wants our support it should come with strings, if Israel wishes to continue to use its overwhelming military superiority to do what ever crappy thing it wants to the Palestinians regardless of the effect that has on the Arab world as a whole, that's fine but we should not be seen as their ally, ditto Saudi, you want our planes our money our support then all that backing of the salafists ends immediately.

I am not sure I agree, to be honest. Israel is building because from their perspective there is no reason not to. They have no one from the Palestinian side to negotiate with. The Palestinians cannot send someone in good faith to negotiate because it means death. Vicious cycle.

We certainly do not have absolute support of Israel, and the rest of your paragraph is not correct. If Israel wanted, there would be no Palestinians, but they hold back. Not only do they hold back, they sit on their guns while there is the constant threat and attacks from terrorists. How many attacks have to happen before they shoot back? There are still rockets fired from Hamas, still knife attacks, still the rhetoric from Iran, etc.

For you it seems there is two sides, Israel and Palestinians. Israel sees it as multiple sides: Israel, Palestinians, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, etc. Palestinians are not the enemy, the enemy does though hide amongst them.

You don't think we should side with the rest of the free world? Israel may be on the front line, but it appears the same problem is across Europe. Should we not support them now because it may anger terrorists?

As I have said over and over again, we need to condemn violence, from both sides. Simply condemning Israel is not in any way helping, especially when it is based on falsehoods.
