Stan the Man just got taken out by Andrey Kuznetsov (6-4, 6-3). Kuznetsov took the last 8 points of the match (a hold at love followed by a break at love).

Wawrinka out today and Nadal retired due to illness. Raonic's quarter is pretty much a wide open path to the semis if he can keep his energy level and play up.

My man Diez lost in the Semifinals in the Moroccan-3 Futures. What's wrong with him :P

Quite the match between Verdasco and Zeballos today, Zeballos needed two medical timeouts and appeared on the verge of collapsing, yet a pro-Argentine crowd buoyed his spirits and he won the match in a 3rd set tie-breaker. Verdasco didn't shake his hand at the conclusion of the match and was soundly booed off the court.

They don't call him Fiasco for nothing
BTW Zeballos is the lucky loser taking Federer's spot in the draw. He's representing #3 in the world for a week haha

The benefits of playing a ranked American at an American event: Raonic-Sock is going to be in prime time tonight. Match starts not before 5:30 MDT.

Dimitrov has taken Murray to a third set. An upset here would pretty much obliterate that entire half of the draw.

Murray in big trouble now. Broke Dimitrov, then lost his next two service games. Dimitrov is serving, up 4-3. Murray has been an error machine since I turned the TV on.

Aaaaand Murray is out. Lost the last five games, three on his own serve. Yuck.
88 unforced errors combined. 50 by Murray.

Also, Kuznetsova obliterated Serena Williams... 6-7 6-1 6-2. Radwanska and Muguruza got punted too. Kerber was the only one of the top four women to survive today.
Bad tournament to be a top-10 seed!

This set feels like it is destined to go to a tiebreak.

Is it bad form by me to suggest as many possible shots of Milos' girlfriend and her cute friend during this match?

lol - Milos missed the easiest shot of that rally - Great hustle and then dumps the backhander in the net.

Poor Sock... he's not even able to return half of Raonic's serves. Milos isn't hitting a ton of aces, but every other point on serve is free.

And Milos takes the tie break 7-3.
Would like to see him challenge Sock's serve more though.
