Default March 27, just three games.

Happy Easter to everyone at Calgarypuck.
It is a quiet holiday Sunday OOT with a big division rivalry game.

The Scott Wedgewood magic is not happening for the Devils as the Hurricanes lead 3-0 early in the second period. Victor Rask has the last two goals for Carolina. The Hurricanes out shot the Devils 14-3 in the first period!

The question is will the Canucks score?

"The Canucks are in desperate need of offence, as they have been shut out in four of their last five contests after being blanked only five times prior to their skid. Vancouver split its first two meetings of the season with the Blackhawks, scoring a season-high six goals in a home victory Nov. 21 before being kept off the scoreboard in Chicago on Dec. 13."

The Devils are making a come back as they scored two goals in fifty seconds, it is 3-2 now midway through the second period.

The question is not if they will win because they will lose. The question is if they hit the back of the net or get shut out for the 5th time in 6 games.

'Hawks with a couple of great early chances, and finally Fleischmann finishes one...1-0 after one.

Very odd feel to this one, there doesn't seem to be any energy in the building (at least, the sportsnet feed isn't capturing much from the crowd)...the Canucks, really, seem to just be going through the motions of playing a game hard.

Sloppy coverage by 'Hawks leaves Burrows alone in the slot...1-1

John Garrett is such an idiot. On describing Scott Darling in last night's game in Calgary: "was not tested much, but came up with saves when he had to."

He made +30 saves, moron.
