I'm liking my D. Goalies are young and inexperienced but should get a lot of games in (look at their backups). Should've probably taken Hasek before Whitney, but what can you do. Most of my forwards could potentially improve their numbers this season playing with improved linemates.

Defence - Carle, Seabrook, Wideman, McCarthy

 Goaltenders - Denis, Osgood

I focused on forwards early and it cost me some dmen. Denis is going to get a lot of action with TBay and Osgood is likely to split with Hasek. Eaves is really going to have to pile up the points for me to have a chance.

I'm still amazed that Nabokov went ahead of Toskala.

I suppose though its a matter of if picking up any other shlub goalie will actually help. It might be smarter to actually keep Artero rather than pick up a crap back up.

While I don't have a superstar forward, I like how my D has worked out, and I think my G picks are among the strongest.

Once Allison gets a contract, I'll feel a lot better about things.

Legace will be a good pick if St. Louis wins a game this season... he is a great goalie but he is on a BAD team.

I think that that is more true of last year than this year. While I don't expect St. Louis to have a terrific season, they will have a significantly better showing than last year.

I hope so, they sure had a bad run last year. Good luck on Legace, he could help you out a lot in the pool if the guys in front of him hold up their end of the bargain.

This happened for the following reason:
Your team has been locked, so you cannot make a waiver claim.

Yeah, Pagal did the waiver for me though. It was supposed to be the workaround to fix a mistake in the initial roster. I drafted Leclaire. Right now I only have one goalie on my roster.

I also got that email saying I couldn't waive a player because the pool was locked by the administrator or something. I wasn't trying to waive anyone, but John LeClair is still missing from my roster. Not sure if anyone was aware, so I thought I'd mention it. If you're already looking into fixing it, then thanks!
