Tell the Saudis we don't need anymore of their oil and see how strong this contract is.

Well, unfortunately eastern Canada does need Saudi Oil. It's the only thing keeping them from having to use that dirty, dirty TAR SANDS oil from their own country.

I'm pretty left, but I just can't understand how Alberta oil is more unethical than Saudi oil. Last I checked Alberta didn't behead at least 157 people last year.

Looks like the Liberals got caught in another fib with the armored personal deal.

They sold people on, this is a conservative deal and a done deal and there's nothing we can do about it, when the truth is that while the deal was in place, Foreign Affairs and Stephane Dion was all to happy to sign off on the export documents.

I get it, its a 15 billion dollar deal with real human costs here in Canada in terms of jobs. But man don't sit there and say, those evil conservatives made this deal its done its not our fault. Then push it through and sign the export documents.

For a government that campaigned on transparency and honest, they're blundering badly first with the budget, then the PBO's reaction to the budget where they basically pointed a finger and yelled "Liar Liar pants on fire" and now this, and combined with Mercedes Stephenson on the news talking about Dion showing up at a reception at the Saudi embassy.

^^I don't normally post political FB memes because they're generally terrible, but I had a laugh at this one.

Spoiler!
