On the last sentence, good! Goodbye and good riddance.
Interesting to see them name goalies in advance. What happens if Ortio pitches a shutout tomorrow and then gets benched for a non back-2-back game? Surely the better idea would have been to start Ortio tomorrow and see how he does before deciding on Sunday's goalie. Then, even if he gets the start has a strong game Sunday, Backstrom could still go for Monday against the Leafs because its a back to back.

Nice. I hope he goes out and has a good game. At least he's starting against a team that is on the same level as the Flames.

Flames/Hartley trying to be 'fair'. Play Backstrom again a team with nothing to play for so not to impact the standings if he's a complete disaster.

It's good to give Ortio a rest to avoid injury down the stretch.
I'm not particularly interested in how Backstrom looks because he'll probably get a game or two, and then be gone.

As long as Ortio gets in the number of games needed so he doesn't become a UFA then I don't really care who starts the other games.
