He looks to be a lot like Jooris. Maybe he replaces Bollig on that bottom line and can bring a lot more

This is near unwatchable garbage.

The Yotes are one of the worst defensive team in the league, but then they play us and turn into the 95 Devils FFS.

I want Hartley and Vermette to have an accent-off...whatever that would look like.

He didnt say that though. He said that Hull and Ovechkin are very good at getting into the right position at the right time, especially when they found their ideal linemates, and how that is a skill that Backlund also has.

I don't think Jooris is the best comparable. Jooris is faster, more of a hitter, less skilled, less hockey sense. I'm struggling to come up with a guy that Agostino reminds me of, maybe something will come to me.

Well its not like our offensive depth is anything to write home about. We're running a 1st line, a 3rd line and two 4th lines basically. And missing our best puck mover.

Both teams have some blame in this snoozefest.

I dont necessarily see Jooris as fast but someone who is willing to crash the net so he is usually in full stride while forechecking. He has never struck me as a speedy player when backchecking or playing deffensively

Ideally the top 9 are good enough that Hathaway and Agostino are on the bottom line. With a centre to replace Stajan - maybe Jooris if can learn to do it, or maybe Shore, Grant, Arnold or Jankowski.

Ferland... I just get the feeling once that kid gets on a roll he'll be a scorer for good in this league. I remember when it happened for him at the AHL level right before his first big injury.

Interesting. I think he's one of our fastest forwards. But yeah, you usually notice his speed on the forecheck more than the back check.

Yotes are missing their best D too, that takes away some of their offence.
