What! didn't he do the walk through with the realtor before he released the funds for the sale? There is now way i would take posession until all the crap is out of the house and garage.

Well, the agreement was to leave some furniture and stuff my friend wouldn't mind having. Instead, they left a lot more that my friend wasn't aware of.

The book was found while my friend was rummaging through the junk.
