I have the similar symptoms as well for speech/hearing as well as a pounding headache. I also have issues with vision which resembles astigmatism (normally 20/20 vision). This doesn't only happen with MSG, happens when the weather changes as well. This is doubled if I have MSG and it's a weather change.

I don't know if it's semantics for headache vs migraine as at this point, but not worth arguing about. The above symptoms of mine are reasonably mild and annoying to be distracting and frustrating. It's not like I am at the level of debilitation of a guy who has downed a 6 pack of beers in 10 minutes after eating a plate of instant noodles/chinese food or anything like that.

I'm the opposite. Advil/Motrin work. Tylenol doesn't. It actually makes me completely clouded without dealing with the headache.

Maybe you're allergic to rodent meat

Pffft, nevermind, I just earned one of those jokes flying over my head gifs....

The best thing is to either pop a Ibuprofin or smoke a J and have a shower.

None of the above work for me. My headaches aren't that severe, luckily, but they're very common

Laundromats.

I used to do my laundry at one late at night. There were always interesting people around to talk to. Plus, the one I went to had old school arcade games like Donkey Kong Jr. and Kung Fu Master. And that Pac-Man game that also had pinball in it. Everyone I knew used to act like it was such a drag for me, but I loved it.

I do that as well.

Or parking at the back by the dumpsters. If I ever have to go to the mall, I park at the back by dumpsters and enter through the service door. It's like having your own private entrance.

I like music while I sleep, played through speakers surrounding the bed, subwoofer and all. Anyone I tell this to thinks I'm insane, but it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. Since I adopted sleep music, I no longer need sleep medications. It has to be ambient, beatless music at a barely audible level, just engaging enough to get your mind away from "dammit I can't sleep!"

I like to do that for the exercise and more importantly to avoid the door dings one often gets.

Taking stairs instead of the elevator. Usually up to 4 floors. People who take the elevator to the 2nd floor kill me.

Every time I use the stairs somewhere instead of the elevator, I feel like I am entering another world. It's like a different dimension, and I always end up walking by someone who looks like they have something to hide. And when you happen to walk by another traveller on the stairs, you feel an unnecessary need to give them a nod.

Most people will not like this award, but i think it is correct (based on US precedents):

The defense team argued that Andrews' career had improved because of the video.
That's a... bold strategy.

Why would someone not like this award? I don't care about the dollars won just the fact she got justice for what was done to her.
