Sharks/Flames games are always entertaining. I'm just glad it's being played in Calgary so there are no stupid 830pm starts.

Lacking the usual depth, but the analysis is spot on.

i really want to see one of the young/new guys play in the 3/4 D position - we know what Engelland can do but lets see how Wotherspoon or Jokipakka can do playing alongside Giordano

Well I think part of the reason they split up Gio-Brodie was to balance left shots and right shots. Unfortunately you are suggesting pairing two lefties (Wotherspoon and Jokipakka) with a leftie (Gio). That is unlikely to happen as the left shooter most comfortable playing his offside is Brodie.

However the whole exercise is a little bit moot at the moment because with Nakladal and Wideman out we only have two righties (Hamilton and Engelland) so two lefties are going to have to play together. Because of that I wonder if they'll re-unite Gio and Brodie just until Nakladal or Wideman is back.

Gio-Brodie
Jokipakka-Hamilton
Wotherspoon-Engelland

You could switch Spoon and Joki but I think its more likely this way.

Yeah I literally put that together in less than 5 minutes when I had a break. Sorry for not making it better everyone.

Pretty sure I over heard the coaching staff saying the same thing about our special teams systems...

Just needed some Pete DeBoer gifs and it would have been A+

Hoping for a Flames win, hoping more that Couture and his teeth are held off the score sheet.

How did the Brodie-Hamilton pairing look last game? Unfortunately, I ended up missing it.

The 10 minor penalties doled out by Furlatt was fun?
