Or we could run with Ortio and see what a young goalie can do for a serious stretch of games. Not a 38 yr old pending UFA, who I hope is not in Calgary's future plans.

This is the one timer Calgary deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
Come next season though, I hope Nak finds his home at the top of the circle and puts em away like Iggy used to.

Liked the game from JJ and Hathaway. Everyone else was kind of quiet. Nice to see Nak get his first though. And another dumb penalty sinks the Flames. Sheesh.
Oh well, it's not like we're getting anywhere this year. And Boston wasn't exactly overwhelmingly good.

Tough to lose a game late due to a bench penalty. Seems like we've been playing better than our record indicates of late. Nice to see some young gets get ice time.

Another source says Winnipeg had 30 games, Kansas had 27.

Will be interesting if Hartley is able to keep his assistants after the debacle special teams have been. Ortio was OK, but the winner can't go in from there, and Jokipakka was very solid. Clutch loss.
