They also mentioned it had been under 2 years since the start of the zombie apocalypse.

I liked how they showed the passage of time in the show. They had a photo of Carl with his eye bandaged holding the baby. Meaning there was enough time for him to recover, for them to pose for a photo and to get the photo developed.

Amateur. If you cant even figure that out why are we even bothering to listen to you at all?
You'd never survive the zombie apocalypse with weak baby-age forecasting skills like that. Never!

Judith was born months after the outbreak started. She's probably around 30 months old if its been two years since Rick was in his coma. Remember the confusion over who the father was?

I think you need to look at your math again. Lori started sleeping with Shane after the outbreak started. Then Rick came back. So assuming Rick was in a coma for a week after the outbreak, Judith would have been born a little more than 9 months after the outbreak.
In the pilot Morgan said the gas went out after 2 months, so if that is right and it is 2 years since the outbreak, Judith would be about 13 months old.

This week's episode kind of dull, but sets up the conflict with Negan.
I like how they set up the story line that they are going after the big bad guy instead of waiting for the bad guy to come to them.
I wouldn't be surprised if Negan's Saviors started similar to how Rick's group is operating right now. Willing to fight and protect walled communities from outside threats and eventually evolved into a protection racket.

Rick and team are too cocky. I'm worried we may lose Abraham in the upcoming fight

I found the episode super compelling! Greg actually seems like an interesting character to me. And I'm liking the the whole concept of interacting with other settlements.

I really enjoyed the episode, I think Jesus is awesome (never thought I would say that, haha). I think with the Hilltop community and mention of other communities that it sets things up to introduce a whole bunch of new characters so they can kill a bunch of people off, including 2 or 3 from the main group. They've been teasing Glenn's death for a bit, so I think he will go in the season finale, but I think at least 1 other of the group that visited hilltop will go too; probably Michone now that her and Rick and together.

I liked it, it wasnt super exciting but its setting the stage for the upcoming story.
That being said, if they were that desperately short of food and Jesus was responsible for destroying the truck full of the supplies they needed for their food situation to go from 'scary' to 'hunky dunky' then one would presume that they'd be mighty choked with this Jesus fella.

I foresee Abraham stepping in and saving Glen from death. This episode spent time developing a bit of a relationship between them about their kid, and at the end Abraham looked to "get it" Which means he's gonna get it defending Glen or Maggie or both.
I think at this point the show has developed a core group of untouchables...Rick, Carl, Michone, Glen and Maggie.

Really? The only one I would consider safe on the show are Rick, and maybe Daryl. I would consider any of the other four you listed as potentially expendable. General MO for the show is that no one is allowed to have an extended period of happiness heh. Feels like Michonne having a thing for Rick has sealed her fate...

I think Rick and Coral are the only safe characters. I think, ultimately, it is their story being told. Everyone else could be killed off, though I think the show creators know that killing off Darryl would be greeted with a ton of fan unhappiness.

Right, forgot about Daryl. Ok, I could see Michone getting killed off, I just don't see them going after Glen, and we already have a motherless baby on the show, so I wouldn't see why they would kill Maggie. Oh, and there is Carrol to. Forgot about her.
On another note, anyone watching the flight 461? commercial break thing. Sure is making sloooow progress. Good news though is that Fear TWD is starting in April.

Yeah, killing off a pregnant Maggie seems like a bridge too far, no? Doesn't the most likely target seem like Michonne? They're building her sympathetic quality up with this strange love story.
Rick is basically Captain Kirk.

After watching this episode I think that Maggie is getting offed. They really built up a lot of sympathy for her and that usually means that there is going to be big drop off to elicit an outpouring of reaction. I especially got it after the ultrasound and passing the picture around.
I also agree with others that Abraham is going as well, same reason. He is starting to get a sympathetic story so the same thing there.
