I'm so indifferent to hosts etc.
I notice when they are good or bad at their job and I love to mock a catchphrase, but I've never understand this red-alert level of seething commentary I see on message boards sometimes.
Romanuk is bad, but I honestly barely even notice.

Not saying Ortio hasn't had his rough patches, but I feel so much more comfortable with him between the pipes the past few games than I have felt with either of our other goalies at any point this year.

I'd totally agree. Except that by showcasing him, we unwittingly screwed ourselves, because Hiller did not show well.
Hiller had some great moments last year. But his style is quickly becoming a relic--the "puck blocker" style. No malice towards the guy, but I'd be surprised if he were offered a meaningful NHL contract next season.
