I have to watch it more clearly. My viewing of this game is patchy at best because I'm watching it at work so sometimes I have to...actually work and thus not pay attention to the match.

I missed the last 2 goals.

Barca finally breaks through. Devastating goal for Arsenal.

Well with 15 minutes left can Juve really pull a shocker? Suarez hits the post to keep Arsenal in it.

Yup. Hey, look at that, attack the centre of defence and see what happens.

This is what they should have been doing since minute 1. I'm glad they didnt, but it would have been my game plan.

And there's 2-0 Barca with a Messi penalty. Arsenal did well for 70 minutes.

That was always going to be a disaster.

The best Arsenal could have hoped for was a 0-0 draw, maybe a marginal win but then in order to what? Get a win at the Nou Camp?

Even at 2-2 I'm happy. Coming away from this match, away from home with no CBs with a draw and effectively a 'win' on away goals? I'd take that every day.

Absolutely, that totally sucks but honestly? If Juve had played the way they did the last 30 minutes or so for the whole game we'd have lost that game and been going back to Munich needing a win with a patchwork squad.

Both Juve goals came from pressuring a stand-in, 21 year old defensive midfielder who was pressed into playing defence because no one else could.

If they'd figured that out sooner this would have been a tragedy.

Come out of a meeting and see a tie game. I'll definitely take the two away goals. Hopefully Benatia and Taschi get some practices in and can start for the match in Munich

I didn't see any of the game today, but seeing Bayern play a couple of Bundesliga games the last few weekends, they haven't looked very good, hopefully they can pull it off back at Allianz and some of the CB's will be healthy for the next round.

It's going to be hard (almost impossible) but hopefully a Juve can take this on the return. Send Guardiola packing a bit earlier.

Thanks for the updates Locke! We I read your comment in the first half that Juve wasn't attacking the middle of Bayern's defence I couldn't believe it. Sounds like they figured it out for the second half

And thats basically it. Bayern have to hang on until we get some bodies back.

This Giroud pass though. Talk about vision (namely, what was he seeing?)

Interesting controversy regarding Valencia and Chelsea:

Valencia boss Gary Neville called the officiating scandalous after a refereeing error saw the Spanish club's youth side lose to Chelsea in a controversial penalty shootout on Tuesday.

Lol. In German you can use the same word for horny and eager colloquially, I imagine it's the same in Dutch.
