Engelland had that huge hit on Granlund vs Minnesota, but how many others has he thrown this year?
Especially in a game like this, he should be trying to put some Ducks through the glass. Otherwise what's the point? He's terrible with the puck and can't defend well either.

I don't particularly blame Hiller for anything besides the 2nd goal but for the team's sake you can't start him next game. How can anyone have any faith in him?

Beat the goalie on the empty netters too! By your logic.

Hamilton's soft play is a lot worse then DE's, and that was the game over goal.

I can't say what I actually think of this game because it might offend baby ears over there, but it rhymes with smooshmortion.

Hiller is poo. Second goal was really bad, but he rarely makes a save.

If Ortio doesn't start against the Kings, your explanation only makes sense.

Pretty amazing pocket pick by Kesler there. Frolik put Engelland in a tough spot there with that pass.

This team simply doesn't play well in their own end. Two goals in this period directly off turnovers that were both preventable. This team isn't going to turn the corner until they sort that out.

We're totally not drafting top 3. Not with this goaltending. No way no how.

No reason Spoon and Nak can't be the full time third pairing.

No doubt Engellend was given a hot potatoe but he is a pro and knows you need to move it quickly. Gio was the quick safe pass. Not to mention that all started because he didn't get it out on his first chance and then tossed Gio a awful pass in the skates.

Wotherspoon looking really good this call up. If he keeps this up he might have a home on the bottom pairing next season.

I would pull Hiller for a 6th skater now. The third D can play goal when the puck is on our end. Could not do any worse.
