The left lane "rule" should apply to any road that you would have no reason to be in the left lane. ie turning left like Macleod trail past Anderson (except Avineda going south) and Deerfoot.
People in Calgary also refuse to just follow someone. If I am doing 109 how many people have to pass me at 111km/h just to get in front of me?
While I am at it, if you are merging onto a road that is 80km/h, you cant get in by doing 60. So, instead of coming to a complete stop at the end of the merge lane, just ****ing speed up!
