That's it? You sure you don't want dallas to throw in anything else?

Crash and Bang Winger

Hudler fetches a second and a RW prospect
Russell fetches a first
Bouma sent packing for a 3rd or a prospect
One RFA Colborne/Granlund traded for prospect or 2nd rounder, makes room for other AHL tweeners/Jankowski

LOL why don't you yahoos STFU and just make your own prediction?
Two rentals (one a top six winger, which is actually a weak spot for the stars, and one a solid depth Dman who can play top 4 in a pinch) to a contending team for a decent prospect and a pick that will likely be 25-30th overall?
The conditional pick could be anything, or nothing.
WTF?

The more I think about it, the more I think the Flames may do most of their dealing ahead of deadline day. I've got a feeling that the'd trade anyone who's available today if a deal was there. As soon as a deal is available, I think Hudler and Russell will be gone and I"m thinking within a week.

First move?
Toronto seems fired up, and they want something for Reimer before they let him go for nothing this off-season
Reimer for Granlund + conditional 3rd on us signing him

Hudler to Florida or NYR for a 2nd round. Russell to TB for a 2nd, Granlund to Minnesota for a 3rd, and Wideman for highest offer or biggest bag of pucks.

The better question is, what vets do we keep? It's a young team that still needs mentorship.
Gio obviously.
Russell - point of debate, but not at $5.5 mln.
Stajan? Tough call. Plays his role well but gets paid too much to do it.
Hudler? I think yes. He's great at bringing along young players.
Jones, Bollig, Smid, Engelland - I would say gone, but could be unmoveable.
