I really thought it was going to come down to the end, and since all of mine were ones after the first two rounds, I'd have to make some tough decisions to call your bets or not.
I'm just still glad it wasn't black and white II - that game still makes my head hurt.

Especially if you folded those first two - you'd give up virtually no information and really make them guess.
I'd still think the top heavy one has the advantage as they'd see what tiles come up down the line and could make some inferences as to what might be left. Maybe 60/40 or so?

Hockeyguy15 was eliminated in Round 10 and now there are 5 players remaining (squiggs96, bizaro86, GGG, Rathji, mrkajz44).
Gaudreaus are no longer a factor
The 11th Main Match is
EXPRESSION AUCTION
YES ANOTHER AUCTION!!!!!
In Expression Auction, number & sign tiles are auctioned off, and the first 3 players to use these tiles to complete an expression that equals 10 will advance to the next round and the remaining 2 players will go to the death match (tiebreakers will be explained later)
Everyone will be provided numbered cubes from 1 to 10.
The tiles will be up for Auction in a set order. They are
When the auction starts, the tile will be up for sale following the schedule (with the #1 being up first). Players who wish to bid on the tile must submit one of their cubes within 1 hour. The other players will then be given 1 hour. If no one bids a higher numbered cube within 1 hour, the tiles is sold to the last bidder. If someone bid a higher amount, an additional 1 hour will be given and the process repeats. One person may bid multiple times on an item, but ALL cubes used during the bid will be discarded.
If someone bid the same amount as the current bid, no one wins the auction and the tiles and cubes are discarded. Therefore, you may stop someone from buying a tile if you bid the same amount as them.
Any tiles with no bids after 1 hour are also discarded.
Using your limited cubes to bid effectively will be the key to this game.
However, every tile you purchase MUST be used in your expression and numbers cannot be combined (ie if you have a 1 and a 6 you can't make 16). If you cannot make a valid expression, you will be last place. Cubes and tiles cannot be traded.
Winning Conditions
1. The first player who makes an expression that equals 10 will move on to the next round. The auction will then continue until the 2nd and 3rd player make 10. Once the 3rd player gets 10, the auction ends.
2. If no players make 10, at the end of the auction, the 3 players who are closest to 10 will advance.
3. If there are 3-way, 4-way or 5-way ties, those players will replay the auction over again. If there is 1 last place and a tie for 3rd, there will be a death match ahead of the death match.
Schedule
We will begin on Monday at 10am with the #1 tile. Players will have 1 hour to bid. Just continue bidding without my interference. Once the number is gone, you can move on to the next number, I'll try to chime in.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm. There will be no bidding outside these hours.
If there are any questions ask in this thread

All bids are out in the open then? We just post our bids in the thread?
Also, since bidding right before the hour ends is likely a strategy, is forum post time our cut off? Example: bidding starts at 2:30pm, last acceptable post time is 3:29pm?

yes, it will be 3:29. I will try to update the time as much as I can.
Everything is in the open, there are no PMs to me.
