I was telling people at work that I'd bet Denver because this reminds me of the Steelers and Seahawks match up where the refs totally high jacked that game. Same thing just happened.

The end of the ball did touch the ground even though his hand was under it. That's probably why the ruled it incomplete.
I don't care either way.

Wow I have no idea what the referee was watching on the replay. I thought that was a good catch but ref called it incomplete.

I agree, it was the wrong call by the refs. But I'm still happy with the TD.
