Milos has played a lot this year, including a five-setter already, so hopefully it's fatigue and nothing serious. Lots of positives to take away, and more work to be done as well.

Really proud of the fight Milos showed... The injury timeout was the big turning point, you could tell he wasn't quite right after that.
This has been a great tournament for Canadian tennis! Maybe not so much for results (although a semi final appearance was great) but the support I saw on Twitter and on this site of people being willing to stay up all night to watch and cheer for Canadians in a tournament on the other side of the world was unlike what I've seen before. This sport is really growing in this country and its great to see. Milos' first win in 2011 is what sparked me to follow tennis closely, so results like this on a stage this big is huge.
And we still have Nestor to go!!!!

MELBOURNE, Australia -- Following in the footsteps of golf's popular Ryder Cup, tennis has introduced a new global event.
On Friday, Team8, Tennis Australia and Brazilian businessman Jorge Paulo Lemann announced the inception of the Laver Cup. Named after Australian Open legend Rod Laver, the three-day men's event will pit Europe's best players against the top competitors from the rest of the world.

Four players on each team will be selected based on results. The tournament will feature teams composed of six players, with a legend of the sport from each region serving as captain. It is expected that there will be three singles and one doubles match per day.
Anyway, really disappointing for Milos. I missed the match, but given he was up two sets to one, is it safe to say the injury was his downfall more than Murray?
I mean obviously whatever ailment Milos had couldn't have helped, but he did have three chances to break even after getting broken in the 4th. Murray played the key points well in the 4th set.

Ya, I like the concept, but with this being planned to happen annually (except for Olympic years) I don't know how enthusiastic the players will be for it. I kinda hope it works because as we've seen events like the Ryder Cup can be some of the most dramatic in sports, and if the players get invested in the team concept than it will be entertaining.

On my phone right now and having trouble posting the link, but in his post-match media availability, Milos says it's his adductor that was giving him trouble.
