The Johnny love must really get under their skin cause us Flames fans have been pumping him up like crazy and have been right every time. We predicted he would be one of the very best players in the league and he is and now the hockey world is agreeing and they get to sit there and sulk about how their team is garbage AGAIN.

And the flames only play 2 games next week again with some of the others playing 4. St Louis has played 47 games and is tied with LA who has played 42. Bizarre

I think the hate Oiler fans have for Johnny goes beyond hoe good he is. He represents that you do not need to tank for 1st picks to get a superstar. The Flames best 2 players were drafted in the 4th round. Johnny gets as much love league wide as Hall and more love than Nuge/Yak/Eberle combined.

We have a 22 year old 103rd overall pick that has more points than any of their first overalls and it makes them so bitter. I love it

I find it comical Oiler fans continue to ***** and complain about their injuries. They have a better record with McDavid out of the lineup than in it for God's sakes.

The inferiority complex with that fan base is strong. Nobody owes them ****.

I really hope the Flames win tonight, because the amount of crying after the game will be incredible.

I can already imagine the post-game talk:

"**** the refs."

"I wish someone would just hit Gawdrooeu threw the boards already."

"Why can't we hit that midget?"

"Refs call everything on us, this is BS"

...and so on.

I asked a oiler fan budy of mine if he wanted to go to the game tonight. He said he wouldn't go to a game unless McDavid was in the line up.... Lol.

To be fair, the Flames points % went up after Gio went down. Even without our best player we improved down the stretch. Pretending McDavid doesn't make the Oilers better is a bit much.

Not calling Frolik "Fro" is a nickname faux pas. Even Frolly is better than Frols.

Big miss.

Gotta hand it to the oilers for staying steadfast in their long term goals of building a roster entirely of first overall picks.

I don't care if Hiller stopped all 15 shots last game, my confidence in him is still very low.

The Flames have to prevent this from being a game where the teams exchange scoring chances, and they need to stay out of the penalty box. If not, Easter may well come to a sudden end.

Yes the only thing I'm worried about tonight is having to watch Hiller #### the bed live.

Did a Google search for oiler jokes...
Pretty good haha

What is the difference between a Oilers fan and a baby?
The baby will stop whining after awhile.#

Can an Edmonton Oiler drive a stick? Only if they remove the clutch#

What do the Edmonton Oilers and possums have in common?
Both play dead at home and get killed on the road!#

I took my broken vacuum cleaner back to the store. They put an Edmonton Oilers jersey on it and now it sucks again.#
