I am actually going to watch the All-Star game exclusively for John Scott.
I think its hilarious.
I just hope it isnt one of those scenarios where he gets laughed at. I'm 100% cool with ridiculing the All-Star game but not ridiculing Scott.

I suspect the league might have had a little hand in this, and I wouldn't be surprised if the end result was adding an extra player to each team (except the Atlantic). They can get an actual Coyote in and Crosby. I always though 9 players for a 20 minute period seemed like it might be a little too much for the players, this would mean that every now and then a player would get a rest, and that they could actually play with the combinations a bit.

Scott will be in the AHL it appears before the ASG break.

I am usually a guy who appreciates hi-jinx, but this situation is not funny to me. Seeing some ogre out there skating with legitimate allstars in a 3 on 3 tourney designed around speed and skill is stupid.
I imagine they will make the best of it and try not to embarrass him, but he should have some pride and respectfully decline.
