I'm conflicted. A SJ loss is slightly better for us from a playoff perspective. An Oiler loss is always entertaining at any time.

Raffi Torres's suspension is over, totally forgot about him. Hopefully he doesn't see the NHL again.

i think im cheering for a san jose loss for 2 reasons: so san jose doesnt gain ground on us, and so oilers move away from another potential top 3 pick we know they arent making it so might as well cheer for em to get a lower pick...
jus hope it doesnt go to extra time wont really mind any outcome as long as its regulation

The grammar of this hurts my brain a bit.

Nashville completes the comeback with 13.5 seconds left!

Winnipeg was up 4-1 with 11 minutes left in the game.

Then Johansen, Nystrom, and finally Neal all score to tie it.

That's not a good thing. We're chasing them for a wild card...

Worst-case scenario for the Flames. That second wild card spot is in play.

Replaced by Eakins? Or does he not have enough experience with the Medicine Hat Tigers to qualify for the job?

He seems like Bennett's kind of guy.

Edmonton is 30th on the road and San Jose 30th at home. Big match up!

So its the 30th ranked away team vs. the 30th ranked home team.

Something's gotta give.

After a highly successful test of their "no sound" broadcast, Sportsnet is upping their game with sporadic "no sound OR picture" coverage tonight. smh

Hall and Nugent-Hopkins on the ice for the turnover and the goal against.
