The Edmonton Oilers are soft as baby ****, this is not a surprise at all really.

These teams meet a week from now. I have a feeling Shawn Thornton will be playing in the next game.

Ugh, I forgot Thornton was in the NHL.

They figured it didn't matter: on the one side, a city that's not used to NHL-calibre hockey. On the other, The Florida Panthers.

Hope Ekblad is okay. Seemed to hit his head on that charge/boarding.

Panthers have gone full hit-anything-that-moves in retaliation. It's beautiful.

I believe this needs to be re-stated. Let's go Panthers.

Remenda is absolutely not a good analyst. Completely agree about his homerism though... Worst on the planet.

The Canucks have to lose their game tmrw against the Panthers in regulation for that to happen as they sit at 42 points.

He calls out Schulz's crap, that's good enough for me.

You don't see the Panthers play angry very often. They're usually very composed.

Tonight, it's nice to see them unleash their physical potential a little.

I'm still shocked that wasn't a penalty on Hendricks.

Doesn't matter, he's still a POS. Can't believe you're trying to defend him after that dirty crap.

NHL Wheel of Justice probably won't suspend him either.

Must be nice for these refs to get to work a game in their home town. Lots of missed calls on the home side tonight.

Jagr looks like he could play another 5 years.

BTW--since I came to the game late, how many of Florida's goals did Edmonton score?
