Agreed. What I said was a bit of hyperbole.

The game against the Reign is going badly. Sloppy team defense. 2-0 for Ontario. Ortio wasn't at fault for either. The first one was a play that Kulak had three opportunities to clear and failed, which eventually found it's way over to a player that was open and a short handed 2 on 1 that was batted out of the air past Ortio.

Shore scored a weird one that crossed the line briefly but play continued for almost 2 minutes. 3-1

It barely crossed and was cleared by Budaj.

Not much really. The Reign have done a good job of getting their sticks in the way. Pretty poor effort overall.

This is the type of effort that calls for a bag skate the next day. No effort and bad decisions all over the ice. 4 minutes left and Ontario is on the PP.

With Poulin back Ortio has slid down the depth chart. This guy needs to turn it around fast. Good luck getting another one way contract from anyone next year at this rate.

Hard to blame Ortio this season... Seems like everything sucks about the Stockton team. I don't get what's to like in Huska.

Hard to absolve Ortio when the flames are outshooting so many teams badly yet losing
