Well all the provisions have not been made public yet, but the big one for me, and one Obama has brought up in the past is expanding the no fly list to a no gun list.
That would be number one.
The bulk of his executive action will be aimed at stopping private transfers without background checks I believe however.
I expect most of his proposals to be challenged in court after the fact either way.
Greg Abbott has already told Obama to FO, so we will see what happens.

But how is any of that unconstitutional? I don't know a lot about US constitutional law, but I don't understand what you are alleging? Does Obama not have the authority to make this type of executive order? Is it ultra vires? Does it infringe second amendment rights? If so, how?
