Can you clear up the circumstances surrounding your break up with Ian? We've heard his version, would love to hear yours.

His is on the first couple pages here.
I think that's really the key (and most fair) question to ask.

As a second, just for bookkeeping, can you tell us RollTideAlumni whether Ian Delmer is actually the fellow's real name?

Does he say 'Brah' a lot?

Does he own white Oakley sunglasses?

Would you categorize him as having narcissistic personality disorder?

I think you've spelled it 3 different ways in your last 3 posts.

Thanks for joining. As one of moderators, I can say it's not our intent to attack or encourage a witch hunt - and we've made it clear that we don't endorse any behavior like that.

Given the thousands of dollars provided by this community, and the generosity shown by the members, we'd just like a bit more background on what and who we were dealing with - and anything else you'd want to share to help us feel better. Maybe will warm the cockles of our hearts considering we're easily 70 degrees colder than you are right now! (is that a good Fahrenheit conversion?)

We had it during the playoffs, it still exists, but is pretty much 2006-era tech.

Sorry? I already said I wasn't aware of everything this guy did. No problem admitting when Im wrong.

People always get amped up for internet lynchings and often take these things too far, impacting real life jobs, family, etc. But clearly thats secondary to some e-justice! Why leave things to the real police when you can go vigilante online.

Just come off your high horse there chief. No one is looking for internet justice like you're describing. We understand the money's lost and nothing we can do. Right now, people are just looking for a little more background to the situation out of curiosity.

Isn't it a little ironic that you're getting all preachy and internet justice warrior about other people going IJW?

Thats hilarious!

Okay, you go report it to the police and see what happens. And then you can compare that outcome with the outcome of this 'vigilante e-justice!'

I'd wager the outcome is going to be absolutely identical!

No one is getting him fired or ruining his life in any way other than hes going to have a harder time scamming people online for money.

Oh the horror! The horror!

This guy obtained cash based on lies if you connect the dots to all the evidence. That is fraud. He should be glad the only thing he is dealing with is a bunch of intertron dorks on a Canadian hockey website. Not actual investigators. Because he'd be in a genuine world of hurt then.
