Receiving illegal steriods, seemingly across state lines isn't legal. Not sure about America but the Non-Consensual distribution of intimate images is a crime here IIRC.

Haha, I tried to type that post with a straight face and failed miserably. I always wanted to use that reference, though, and after missing my chance with a perfectly apt simpsons "sorry dude" reference the first time the thread got locked I was not going to be denied again, damnit!

I'm just going to reiterate that I really hope this thread can avoid deletion so that it can act as a public resource on Ian Demler / PIMking / Krampus in future. While we may not see him back at CP, based on what is shared in this thread it seems likely that the guy is going to continue going around lying and taking advantage of people around him. It would be nice to make sussing him out easier for whoever the next MMF or Squiggs ends up being. I don't know how Bingo and the mods would feel about it or if they would have concerns over any kind of liability, but keeping this info available in connection with his name/aliases is a small public good.

Thinking of starting up a gofundme page so I can retire @ 32
Would be nice to take some sob photo's and just throw up threads on all the local forums here. Who needs to work anymore, that's for LOSERS.
What a scumbag, its clear he does this for a living. Guys milked north of 10K off of genuine people, probably even more based on what we can tell already. Perpetual "woe is me" syndrome, this guy needs a reality check, CP lynch mob road trip to Florida?

I like the idea of changing the title so it comes up in search engines. I would suggest "The Ongoing Ian Demler/PIMKing Transgressions Thread."

Also, let's not forget - let's not forget, Dude - that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city - that ain't legal either.

I know there is overwhelming evidence, but before going to public shaming, is that his real name or are we about to possibly go Anonymous and screw over some poor guy who happens to have that name, or worse PIMking just stole some name to use on the Internet.

Agreed.
This thread should also be renamed "The Ian Demler Debacle" and once a year we should have a collective scan of the interwebs to ensure he's not pulling this sort of stuff again.

Even though I had been defending him, I should point out when I first met him he went by Ian Jens. You guys may want to see what you can find on that.

According to my search, Jens is his dad's last name. I could find him on a deer hunting forum but that is all.

I don't really think he's worth spending more time on. It would be nice to stop him pulling this sort of thing on other people though.
JohnnyB is right - just letting this thread live is some service to others who have reason to suspect him in future. CP and our mods don't need the headaches of an ongoing crusade against this guy, however much a tool he may have shown himself to be.

Likely not. But screwing up some poor innocent guy's life / future is something we should endeavor to avoid. Just seems like it wouldn't be that uncommon of a name and the effects could be harmful to anybody with the same name if a potential employer, girlfriend, or whoever just did a quick search without digging any deeper.
