Not a doubt in my mind we are getting shut out in back to back. We literally can not generate offence against big teams, STL,ANA,LA it's repeated over and over.

I don't see Monahan as the problem on that first line. Hudler is a passangeer on that line right now, and it's pulling them down.

It's games like this that remind me how far we still have to go before we're considered a contender. Rebuilds can be so frustrating. Just gotta stay patient and we'll get there eventually. But man, it's gonna be a long bumpy road.

This team can't seem to beat the teams they need to beat when it matters. Bad games happen though but this team just seems to be missing some key elements.

I just don't understand it. I don't think anyone expected him to be the player he was last year, but I didn't expect this monumental drop off. He looks so disinterested out there. I want angry Hudler back.

Flames are generating some pretty decent chances. They're gonna need a good tip-in or deflection to get the scoring started. All hope is not lost for the third though. It's still much more open than the Anaheim game.

So much so, that teams are double or even triple covering Monahan, while leaving Hudler wide open. They need to get someone else on that line. Right now even Mason Raymond would be an improvement.
