Sam Bennett is very clearly showing he should be the 2nd line centre (and future 1st line centre) of this team.

The always earned, never given mantra is EXTREMELY lacking this season.

But really, if the first line isn't on, rarely are the Flames looking dangerous the last few games outside of Sam.

I kind of disagree with this slightly.

While I agree I would like to see more of Bennett, you also have to shelter him a bit still. This is his first full year of Playing in the NHL, I see no point in rushing him. It's a fine line, but at some point if he keeps this up he will pretty much force Hartley's hand.
