I don't think the Flames are too small, in fact I feel like we've got one of the bigger teams in the league. The problem is when Hartley's go to unit is:
Russell-Hamilton
Hudler-Monahan-Gaudreau
Where our three smallest players are always on the ice together and Monahan isn't really the most aggressive pursuer of the puck.
That's just bad design. Don't force Russell/Hudler/Gaudreau to always be out there together.
