I have nothing to say that hasnt been said already but.... wow Johnny is good at hockey.
Everytime a Flames player gets the puck my first thought is I hope its Johnny. I think what defines him the most is that he can create both on his own and with other guys. He is not a star who needs to play with other good players to make things happen.
Ball has a quick wit and Hrudey eat's it up, love his infectious laugh.
I get a kick out of how often Hrudey craps on his own goaltending career. C'mon Kelly, you won over 270 games in your career and had a .893 sv% playing in the '80s... that's not that bad.

Oh and amongst all the Gaudreau praise, I'd like to say well done Lance Bouma. Noticed him making a couple of hard finishing checks and working hard even though you could tell he was rusty. We've missed his tenacity and hopefully he can help boost our 2 way game as he gets back up to full speed.

That first period, everything up until that late goal from the Jets, was their best period of hockey they had played so far this season.
Johnny Gaudreau is truly incredible. Not too many players bring instant offence the way Gaudreau does. Every time he touches the puck you wait for him to do something special, its amazing.

Pretty sure they showed Matt Gaudreau on the jumbotron after the hat trick goal.
At a glance he looks allot like Johnny, I had to double take and be like how is johnny sitting in the stands drinking a beer seconds after he scores. That guys everywhere.
The kid, kinda hid his beer from the camera, gotta love the youngest drinking age in North America.
