Just excuses. Plenty of small teams give the Blues trouble - Montreal, Detroit, Chicago.

No, he's been beaten zero times.
A post doesn't count as anything other than an amusing sound.
The last PP we had about 4 shots on goal, all weak wrist shots from the point with no one standing in front. Elliot could have had a nap this game.
Meanwhile Backes is running everybody's business, and Gio and Brodie are -3 each.

The Flames have a commanding lead on their nearest competitors in both categories, nobody in the league is really nearly as bad as the Flames on special teams. It is miraculous that they have won 7 in a row with those horrific numbers.

Yes, but usually those teams are dead last or close to it.
