Hickey on his second shift made an excellent carry into the offensive zone and got the puck to the front of the net. Got back to the blue line held the puck in on a clear and got it deep again. Leading to a goal. Brodie like shift.

Hickey plays pretty aggressive on D and takes away time and space fast. Getting lots of PK time here. Very limited so far with only 2 shifts for 5 on 5. His D partner Dermott is looking pretty solid.

He reminds me a lot of Brodie with less speed, but more physical. I really hope this kid can round out our top 4 one day.
Gio - Brodie
Hickey - Hamilton
Kylington - Andersson
Not the most physical group. What they lack in physical play, they would make up in skill and speed.

Hickey looks like he has some decent size too. Sure hope he makes the team, that goes for McDonald as well. Soo much better and been so long since Flames had prospects on Team Canada. Would be great to see one be an impact player.

Belarus scores on the 5 on 3. McDonald makes a couple of good saves, but Belarus knocks in the rebound after McDonald slides out of position.

I don't know why but I don't get a good feeling McDonald is going to pan out. Maybe that's a good thing. I thought Irving, Ortio, Keetly, McBackup were all going to be great..
