I wouldn't want to do it early and miss the change in stock, but I wouldn't want to do it late and be last to do my buys.

since trading is mostly done at the beginning. at 11:30 and 3:00 give me a 5 minute buffer to post the updated board.

so no trading after 11:25 and 2:55 respectively
