All 9 players will start the game with $10.
The game will have a game time separate from real time and will be played in two rounds (with 6 sections in each round).
Round 1 will start at 1:00 in game time and continue until 2:00
Round 2 will be played from 2:00 to 3:00
When a round starts, the stock prices will change every 10 minutes. Information about these fluctuations will be given to the players before the round begins. 18 pieces of information will be given out each round detailing a company name, game time and price change.
Information will be given in the following way:
The 9 players will begin by drawing lots for each round to decide what information they are getting. The 1st player and the 2nd player will share two pieces of information, then the 2nd player and the 3rd player will share two more pieces of information and so on until the 9th and 1st player share the last two pieces of information. In other words, one player will have 4 pieces of information and share half with the people in front and behind them.
Every company's stock price will start at $2.00 each and the market conditions will change every 10 minutes of game time according to the information you were given. Players may buy and sell shares freely by PM'ing GirlySports. When you send a PM please wait for a confirmation PM detailing if your transaction was successful and what your cash balance is. PMs will be processed in the order they are received, please be patient.
Each company will have 16 shares available. You may possess up to 8 shares for each company and players cannot trade stocks or money with each other. The stocks and money held by players will not be revealed. However when the stock prices change every 10 minutes, the number of shares of each company remaining will also be posted. The closing prices of Round 1 will be carried over to Round 2. When the final price change occurs at 3:00 all shares held by players will be cashed out based on that price.
Winning Conditions The player who earns the most money will be the winner, receive 2 Gios and can give one to another player.
The player who earns the least money will be the elimination candidate.
This game is winner take all. The player who earns the most money will receive 12 Gaudreaus.
