Default Any good Car Scrap Company in Calgary?

Does anybody know of a good scrap car company that will pay cash to come pick up a car that doesn't run? I have a 1991 VW Golf that I want to get rid of.

Car is overall in good condition, but I cant get it to run - something to do with the electrical I'm guessing.

I tried calling two Companies:
1. 'Calgary Scrap Auto Removal/Ark Towing/Cash for Clunkers/Etc'. The guy was the biggest dick I've ever spoken to before - it was pretty apparent that they need to have so many company names (under the same phone #) to try and avoid the plethora of negative reviews.
2. Busy Bee Recyclers. The guy just didn't know how to do business. Wouldn't answer his phone and only texted me. When I asked how much he would give, he just said 'Not Much'.

I just want to find a scrap car company who will be respectful and pay a fair price for the vehicle.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Kidney Foundation will give you I think up to a $500 tax credit. That's where my 95 Grand Cherokee went.

Last I used them, it was $50 if they have to tow it, and $500 if they don't (I think)

Just asked me if it ran and if it had 4 non flats. Picked it up in Okotoks. Almost positive I got a $500 tax credit.

They will give more if the worth is more. I donated my 92 Daytona to them 12 years ago and ended up with an $1800 non-refundable tax credit after they assessed everything. Turns out Chrysler putting a minivan engine in a sports car worked out for me in the end.
